We like to keep you nice and safe, so we don’t have an online tool for this (after all, we wouldn’t want just anyone sneaking onto your account and changing your email address).
So, send us an email from your old address, stating your new email address as well as your bidder ID, full name and postcode on account and we'll update your account for you.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, we'll need to ask some security questions about your account. In this case, email us from the new email address stating the following information: Bidder ID number, verified telephone number, billing address and the last auction you registered for.
