Before you can start bidding, your registration needs to be approved by the auctioneer, as only they have the authority to grant you access to their auction.
In most cases, this approval happens automatically. However, there are some instances where your status may remain "pending" while awaiting the auctioneer’s approval. The most common reason for this delay is an unverified email address. When you first created your account with us, we sent you an email with a verification link—please ensure that you have completed this step.
If you’ve already verified your email and believe your information is up to date, we recommend contacting the auctioneer directly to request approval for your registration. You can easily find the auctioneer's contact details by clicking on "Auction Details" at the top of the auction catalogue page, or on the right hand side when viewing a specific lot.
