Trouble Logging In? Follow These Steps to Regain Access to Your Account
1. Clear saved login credentials in your browser and manually enter your email and password on the login page.
2. Perform a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard. Alternatively, refresh the page normally or restart your device.
3. Try logging in again after completing the above steps.
4. Switch to Google Chrome if you’re using a different browser, as it offers better performance with our platform.
5. Reset your password if you're still unable to log in:
- Click Sign In. If you're already signed in to a different account, click Sign Out first.
- Click the Forgotten Password? link (in blue text).
- Enter your email address and click Submit.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
6. Confirm you are registered for the sale and have received approval from the auctioneer before trying to bid in a live auction.
