How can I change my delivery address?

Currently, we only store addresses associated with your payment cards. To use an alternate delivery address for your auction items, we recommend the following options:

Contact the Auctioneer or Delivery Company: Inform the auctioneer or delivery company of your new address at the time of invoicing. They may require proof of the new address to ensure proper delivery.

For Auction Logistics from Mail Boxes Etc.: If you’re using our delivery partner, Auction Logistics from Mail Boxes Etc., you can update your delivery address during the checkout process. Note that you might still need to provide proof of your new address for security reasons.
