Why can’t I see the auction?

It might be that the auctioneer doesn’t use video – some do and some don’t.

If you can see our ‘Watch Auction’ button but it’s not working, contact one of our auction gurus on live chat and we’ll do all we can to help.

Don’t worry if there's no video feed during a live auction; you’ll still be able to listen in for live bidding and get all the buzz of the sale room.

Ultimately, the audio and video feeds are for your entertainment and you should rely on the numbers showing on the bidding applet window as the primary way to follow the auction and make your bidding decisions.
