What Does This Error Mean?
The "Failed reCAPTCHA check" error appears when our system cannot verify that your login attempt is legitimate. This is part of a security feature designed to block automated bots and protect your account.
In most cases, this error is caused by:
- Outdated cookies or cached data in your browser
- Network interference (e.g. VPNs, proxies)
- Browser extensions or settings that block scripts or cookies
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Follow these steps to resolve the error:

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
This removes old or conflicting data that might be causing the error. -
Close your browser completely
After clearing your cache and cookies, close all browser windows and wait 1–2 minutes. -
Reopen your browser and try again
Go back to the login page and attempt to sign in again. -
Use a supported browser
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience. -
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Especially ad blockers or privacy tools that may interfere with the reCAPTCHA check. -
Avoid using a VPN or proxy, if possible
These can sometimes trigger reCAPTCHA security alerts.
