To protect your account, we use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This adds an extra layer of security during sign-up and login. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email to confirm it's really you. You can read more about this functionality here.
Steps to Log In with a Verification Code

Check your inbox
Look for an email with a 6-digit code sent to the address you entered (check all folders including spam and junk) -
Attempt to locate the email by searching for the relevant subject line
"Search for the phrase the-saleroom.com Verification Code" within your email system, making sure all Inboxes and folders are included in this search.

Copy the code
Copy and paste it into the “2-Step Verification” screen to reduce errors (rather than entering manually) -
Click "Submit"
This confirms your identity and logs you in. -
Didn’t receive the code?
Click “Resend Code”. If the original is still valid (within 15 minutes), you’ll get the same one again. If not, a new code will be sent. -
Too many attempts?
The system may temporarily block the Submit/Resend actions. You’ll see a message telling you how long to wait. - Once a valid code is entered, you’ll be successfully logged in.
Top Tips 💡
- Each code is valid for 15 minutes. After that, you’ll need to request a new one.
- To sign in correctly with the code received, please ensure you are copy and pasting this from the most recent email received.
- Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
- We recommend adding the email "info@the-saleroom.com" to the trusted sender on your email system.
