You can easily manage, add, or remove your Auction Alerts to suit your preferences. Here’s how:
Customising Alerts
You have full control over how often you receive Auction Alerts and on which days. You can set up to 50 separate search alerts, making it easy to track specific items or auctions.
How to Update Your Alerts
- Log In: Sign in to your thesaleroom.com account.
- Access Auction Alerts: Go to the ‘Auction Alerts’ tab on the homepage. Here, you’ll see all the alerts you’ve set up and whether they are active or paused.
- Add New Alerts: To set up a new alert, click ‘Add new alert’ and specify what you’re looking for.
- Edit Existing Alerts: To update an existing alert, click ‘Edit’ next to the alert you'd like to change. You can:
- Delete the Alert: Stop receiving emails for this item by clicking ‘Delete this alert’.
- Change Email Frequency: Adjust how often you receive alerts and on which days by selecting ‘Change how often you receive emails’.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your updates, don’t forget to click ‘Save’ to ensure your preferences are applied.
