What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Forgotten your password? No problem, you can easily request a secure link to reset it. Just follow the instructions below to get back into your account. 

1. On the top right-hand side click on 'Sign In'.

2. Click 'Forgotten Password?' 

2. Type in your email address

3. Click 'Reset password'

4. You will then receive an email at the address you provided, if its in our system, with a link to reset your password.

Your password should be between 8 and 64 characters and contain lowercase, uppercase, number and special character (e.g. % & *).
