You can easily manage, add, or remove your Auction Alerts to suit your preferences. Here’s how:
Customising Alerts:
You have full control over how often you receive Auction Alerts and on which days. You can set up to 50 separate search alerts, making it easy to track specific items. You can even add in estimates to fit your budget.
How to Add and Update Your Alerts
- Log into your account
- Click on 'Alerts' in the top right corner.
- Here, you’ll find all the alerts you’ve set up and whether they are active or paused.
- Click the 'Add new alert' to set up new emails, or 'Edit' to amend existing alerts.
- Follow the prompts to enter your keywords, name your alert (this will appear in the email subject)
To delete an alert, click on 'Edit' and there will be an option to remove it by clicking ‘Delete this alert’.
Change Email Frequency:
You can adjust how often you receive alerts and on which days by selecting ‘Change how often you receive emails’. This will apply to all alerts.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your updates, don’t forget to click ‘Save’ to ensure your preferences are applied.
