Why is the 'bid' button grey?

If you notice a grey 'Bid' button that won’t allow you to place a bid, even though you’ve completed your registration and are signed in, it could be due to one of two reasons:

1. Your registration is still pending approval. The auctioneer is reviewing your registration but hasn’t yet granted you bidding access. To speed up the process, you can contact the auction house directly.

2. The auction hasn’t started yet. The sale may not be live, so you’ll need to return once the auction begins.

Once you’re approved and the auction is live, the 'Bid' button will turn blue, indicating it is active. You can then click it to enter the bidding applet and start placing your bids.
